Q: Help! My miles aren’t showing up, where are they?
A: Don’t worry, we’re tracking all your miles but in order for them to show up in your Points history, they need to be synced. To sync your miles, you must be connected to a strong Wi-Fi network for at least 15 minutes. Your points will update in the app within 24-72 hours (larger trips may take longer to process).
Q: I uploaded my C.L.U.E. report successfully, but do not see my points?
A: Points should take about 24 hours to show in their account (make sure you are on WiFi so they upload).
You will receive a confirmation email if your C.L.U.E. report was successfully uploaded (make sure to check your junk folder). If you did not receive an email, your report was not received.
In order to be eligible for gift card points, you must have at least 100 miles logged in your MileUp account, if not, points will be added once you reach that criteria.
Sweepstakes and Gift Card Redemption
Q:How do I know if I have won a sweepstakes?
A: Sweepstakes winners will be drawn within 30 days after the sweepstakes has been closed. Individual winners will be notified by email and will need to respond to the notification within 3 business days to claim the prize. For more information, visit mileup.ai/Official_Rules.
Q: I converted my points to sweepstakes by accident, what do I do?
A: Unfortunately, once you swap your points for sweepstakes, you cannot use them to redeem for gift cards. You can use these points to enter into the various sweepstake prizes which has both weekly and monthly drawings.
Q: Why have I not received the gift card I redeemed?
A: Gift cards may take up to 24-48 hours to appear in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
Q: My points are split between sweepstakes and gift cards. Is this the way they will stay?
A: Now that we have implemented sweepstakes the points you earn, starting March 3rd, will only be valid toward sweepstakes entries. All points that you earned prior to March 3rd, however, are valid for both gift card redemption and sweepstakes entries. Your gift card points are valid until December 31, 2017. Q: I would like to go back to gift cards can I still do that?
A: As of March 3rd, MIleUp will no longer be awarding points for gift cards. Points you earn will be available for sweepstakes entries only. If you have chosen to double your points and have swapped your gift card points for sweepstakes entries, that change is final.
Q: I was close to earning a gift card, and now I can’t redeem for one, what can I do?
A: Soon MileUp will offer users the ability to purchase the remaining amount of points required to redeem a gift card. We will provide more information once we have implemented the new feature.
Q: I referred a friend, where are my bonus points?
A: Once your friend has signed up, they must drive at least 10 miles. Once their miles are synced, your bonus points will be awarded within 72 hours.
Q: Can I continue to earn points for gift cards?
A: As of March 3rd, points earned will only qualify for sweepstakes entries. Points earned prior to March 3rd, however, will be valid to redeem for gift cards until December 31, 2017.
Q: Can I still redeem my points for gift cards?
A: You can still use the points earned prior to March 3rd to redeem for gift cards until December 31, 2017. If you don’t have enough points to get the gift card you want, soon you will be able to purchase enough points to round up your balance to cash out for the next available reward.
Q: Why is MileUp using so much data?
A: First make sure that “Cellular Data” is deselected in the “Settings” screen. Also, regularly connecting to a strong Wi-Fi connection is the best way to ensure that MileUp uploads your trips with minimal data usage.
