Q: Help! My miles aren’t showing up, where are they?
A: Don’t worry, we’re tracking all your miles but in order for them to show up in your Points history, they need to be synced. To sync your miles, you must be connected to a strong Wi-Fi network for at least 15 minutes. Your points will update in the app within 24-72 hours (larger trips may take longer to process).
Q: Why is MileUp using so much data?
A: First make sure that “Cellular Data” is deselected in the “Settings” screen. Also, regularly connecting to a strong Wi-Fi connection is the best way to ensure that MileUp uploads your trips with minimal data usage.
